Consortium and Partners

The Digital Inclusion Initiative (DII) is powered by a strong and diverse consortium of six civil society organizations from the Western Balkans, working together to ensure that digital transformation is equitable, inclusive, and community-driven.

Why the Consortium Was Formed

The DII Consortium was established to unite regional expertise and leadership in digital inclusion, policy advocacy, grassroots empowerment, and education. Together, these organizations form a strategic alliance to address the widening digital divide, particularly among marginalized communities, and to support the EU integration goals of the region through digital equity.

This collaborative structure ensures that each participating country Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Serbia

benefits from a coordinated approach tailored to national contexts, while also contributing to shared regional goals and cross-border learning.
